In The Community
At Redspire we recognise that we have a responsibility to the community that we all work and live in. This is something that is important not just to the company as a whole but to every one of the people that works here.
We encourage and back our people in a number of different ways to help them support community or charity projects that are important to them as individuals. Whether that support comes in the form of financial aid or sponsorship or through the provision of ‘time off’ to get involved in local initiatives, we are committed to making a difference wherever we can.
One charity that we have worked with over the last couple of years is Signpost. Signpost is a voluntary organisation that does some extremely valuable work by offering information and support to young people with additional support needs. Redspire helped by getting involved with the charity through the Pilotlight initiative. Pilotlight aims to match and manage teams of senior business people, ‘Pilotlighters’, with local charities and social enterprises that are tackling social disadvantage in the UK. The teams coach the charities through the process of planning for growth, development and sustainability.
