Billy Lyle, Managing Director
With over 12 years in the industry, Billy originally comes from a project background so he is basically a techie at heart. As "the boss" he is involved in every aspect of the business from establishing strategy to finance and pre-sales support.

Kristine Bird, Operations Manager
Kristine has a wide ranging remit covering a number of key areas within the business - everything from recruitment and HR through to day to day financial management. Kristine is critical to the day to day running of Redspire and provides a lot of support to the teams working in the field.

Rick Lyle, Senior Consultant
Rick was one of the first employees at Redspire and as such has been a key member of the team since the start - helping to drive the business forward. In his capacity as a Senior Consultant, Rick is responsible for looking after core client work and for ensuring that we continue to deliver ahead of expectations.

Stuart Stevenson, Senior Consultant
Stuart has been with Redspire for a number of years now and is one of the organisation's Senior Consultants. Stuart has worked with a number of our clients such as Argos and DFS where he has a first class track record in delivering projects and helping them to realise the CRM vision.

Graham Smith, Senior ConsultantAs with all of our Senior Consultants, Graham has a broad range of skills – everything from software development and solution design through to business analysis and project management. Over the years he has gained a great deal of experience in engineering software, understanding user requirements and managing client and project teams.
