Our Interview Process

We have a process that we aim to follow when bringing new talent into the business.  We thought you might like to know what to expect......
 
1st Stage. This will be a short telephone interview giving you the opportunity to find out a bit more about us and the role you are applying for. We can also get a feel for whether you have the skills and experience to fit the role.
 
2nd Stage. A face-to-face interview and an opportunity for you to tell us how good you are and why you would be right for the role. Share your achievements. Don’t forget to ask us what we can offer you.
 
3rd Stage.  Technical & Psychometric Testing. At this stage we may ask you to complete one or both of these online tests. These are simply to help us further identify whether your skills and ability match the role – good for both of us. 
 
4th Stage. For this stage we may ask you to prepare a short presentation based on your area of the business. This also gives you the opportunity to meet some with some of the team you will be working closely with and ask them any final questions you may have about life at Redspire.
