Building Customer Loyalty - £18m sales ….now that’s loyalty!

Situation: Our client, a major distance retailer, had developed a points system for their customers but needed to integrate it into their overall CRM platform to enable points to be earned and redeemed as part of the loyalty programme.   
Solution: We worked with the client to identify key business requirements and interaction points – identifying optimum processes to ensure return on investment was maximised. Redspire provided the business and technical expertise to develop a bespoke solution capable of calculating points and rewards ‘on the fly’.
Benefits: Initial results showed a take up of over 110,000 customers ‘spending’ over 445m points and purchasing goods worth over £18m. An additional benefit to the client was the approach to re-using existing systems to develop the solution rather than investing in expensive new technology.
